I decided to go in the opposite direction from my previous set of wallpapers and do something a little more simple. This artwork, by Sailor Moon animation director Hisashi Kagawa, was originally in black and white and had some text on it. I am not especially into the constant bickering between Usagi and Chibiusa, but I do love Mamoru's priceless expression here. I cleaned the art up, coloured it, and then used the pretty rose border as part of the wallpaper. No fancy brushes this time, just the paint tool & clone stamp tool.
