Finishing off some old colourings that I had sitting on my HD. Took some artistic licence with Neo-Queen Serenity. She would have been nothing but whites and greys otherwise and that is a tad boring.

Wow, the rainbow coloring looks amazing!! It suits her so well, and makes her look regal, adorable, and powerful at the same time! I never liked her white hair in the manga. It looked great on Sailor Cosmos, but I didn't like it on Princess/Neo Queen Serenity. I thought that it made her look too boring or washed out, considering how little gold is there in her designs. But with rainbow coloring, I can actually appreciate it--since she looks way more zazzy and ethereal here!
